Construction
Stainless steel 304 sheet metal fabricated structure resting on adjustable foot with proper ground clearance for cleaning. Plastic jar holder fixed to the SS channel moving in dedicated nylon wear strip mounted track. All the pumps are of hygienic SS mono block construction with mechanical seals.

- 200 to 1000 jars per hour.

- In built water holding tank mounted on top of the machine with water level controller.
- Loading of jars is manual. External Jar outer cleaning machine conveyor can be connected to this machine and run synchronized.
- Static brush with rotating jar for external wash,
- Double tank or triple tank plus fresh water rinse.
- Hot water/ chemical rinse in initial compartment is possible.
- PLC based scada operation. Touch screen control for easy operation.
