Skid mounted RO plant consists of micron filters, high pressure pump and RO module. The structure is SS 304 pipe fabricated. Pre treatment sediment filtration is SS tank internally FRP coated 5 valve system with pebbles and sand media. Activated carbon filter in SS construction with internal FRP coating 5 valve system. Granular carbon IV 900 with media support. Micron filtration with spun/wound double end open 5 micron filter cartridge is fixed in SS 3mm thick vessel. RO module with end port/ side port with Filmtec membranes mounted in SS frame structure. Sturdy panel mount rotometer, LP & HP pressure switches, pressure gauges are in built in the system for monitoring. SS electrical cabinet is mounted in the skid with illuminated push buttons.
